I Thought I Had a Healthy Diet Until One Day…
My life changed big time after becoming a holistic nutritionist. I was exposed to information that I never even knew existed. And this is even after graduating from one of the top 25 universities in the world with a Bachelors of Physical Education and Health!
I thought my diet, back when I was playing soccer at the highest level, was healthy. I figured that if I needed energy that I should eat some bread and pasta.
